Mahri Relin is a clinical mental health counseling graduate student at Adams State University, earning a second Master’s after studying psychology and neuroscience. She integrates ACT, Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques with a trauma-informed approach, helping clients break patterns, build resilience, and align with their values. With over a decade of experience supporting women through life transitions, she works with burnout, identity challenges, and relationship concerns.

 

Sharon Vemu has a background in behavioral neuroscience and cognitive behavioral coaching. She applies evidence-based techniques to connect neurobiological mechanisms with therapeutic practices, enhancing mental well-being and facilitating meaningful behavior change.




Libby Connor worked in public education for over a decade before transitioning to counseling. She is completing a second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and takes a supportive, solutions-focused approach. She teaches strategies for acceptance, communication, cognitive shifts, behavioral change, and resilience, integrating research on neuroplasticity, motivation, attachment, and integrated healthcare.

 

Michelle Golyan is a clinical mental health counseling intern at St. John’s University. With a background as a licensed pharmacy technician, she integrates mental and physical health perspectives into therapy. She uses a person-centered and CBT approach, emphasizing cultural identity and a holistic, collaborative process to help clients gain self-awareness, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

 

Valen Meyer is a graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space, emphasizing trust in the healing process. Using Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and CBT, she helps clients reframe stories, develop solutions, and gain insight. She specializes in ADHD, neurodiversity, addiction, mood disorders, and polyamorous relationships, working with individuals, couples, and families. In her free time, she enjoys family, her cat Alice, video games, and books.

 

Amelia Sonny has nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and is completing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Born in the Caribbean and based in New York City, she is familiar with diverse backgrounds. She believes in each person’s ability to change and approaches therapy with efficiency and kindness.

 

Elsie Castro is a clinical resident pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. With experience in case management and counseling through NYC agencies, she supports individuals from diverse backgrounds. Using cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches, she creates a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. She prioritizes cultural sensitivity and resilience, guiding clients through anxiety, depression, and life transitions.








Caitlyn Willson is a mental health counseling intern at The City College of New York. She takes a culturally responsive, integrative approach, blending humanistic and trauma-informed care. With experience in case management for adults facing serious mental health challenges, she utilizes CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy to support clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She fosters an empathetic, collaborative space where clients feel empowered in their healing.


Bryanelly Polanco holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Psychology. With over five years of experience working with children and families. She now serves as a Foster Care Program Coordinator. Their background in psychology, combined with extensive experience supporting children and families, has equipped Bryanelly with the skills necessary to excel as the Clinical skills necessary.
