Payment is due in full at the time of session in the form of cash or check. Patients can also pre-pay for sessions by credit card. Dr. Bakhchi is in-network with almost all major insurances. Her fees are competitive with other Manhattan psychologists. In some instances, Dr. Bakhchi can offer a sliding scale or help the patient find an alternative provider.

If any of your insurances are not in this list, Dr. Bakhchi would be happy to fill out claim paperwork so that you can be reimbursed through your out of network benefits.

Dr. Bakhchi also conducts psychological intakes and screenings for individuals looking to undergo bariatric and lap band surgery, and provides DUI screenings.

Cancellation Policy:

When initiating treatment, Dr. Bakhchi is reserving a special time for patients each week. Except for emergencies, Dr. Bakhchi requests 48 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule sessions or the patient will be responsible for the full session fee.
